Restorative Justice is an alternative to Zero tolerance

Here’s a brief video from a conference in Florida. I’m hearing the same things from educators here in California: Zero Tolerance policies create as many or more problems than they solve. We have to find a better way. Restorative Practices are perhaps the most promising alternative we have.
